How to Download Instagram Carousel Photos (All Slides)
Save every slide from Instagram carousel albums — not just the first image.
Carousel posts (multi-image albums) are popular for tutorials, before/after shots, and product galleries. Instagram only lets you save one image at a time natively — here's how to download every slide in HD.
What is an Instagram carousel?
Carousels are feed posts with multiple photos or videos you swipe through — indicated by dots at the top. The URL is a standard instagram.com/p/ link shared for the whole album, not individual slides.
Download all carousel slides with Asave
Copy the carousel post link from Share → Copy link. Open Asave, select the Carousel tab, paste the URL, and tap Download. Each slide appears in the preview grid so you can save them one by one in full resolution.
Unlike screenshots, this method keeps the original JPEG quality Instagram hosts for each slide.
Mixed photo and video carousels
Some carousels mix stills and clips. Video slides download as MP4; photo slides as JPG. Preview each item before saving to confirm you have the right asset type.
Organizing multiple files
On iPhone, save each slide to Photos and add to an album. On Android, use a dedicated Downloads subfolder. On desktop, rename files with slide numbers (e.g. tutorial-01.jpg) for easier sorting.
