DMCA & Copyright Policy

Our role

Asave is a tool that lets users paste public Instagram URLs to download media for personal offline use. We do not host a public gallery of third-party content, operate a social network, or encourage copyright infringement.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where it applies.

User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use downloaded files. Saving public content for personal reference is different from republishing, selling, or distributing someone else's work without permission. See our copyright guide and Terms of Service for acceptable use.

Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed through our service, send a written notice to our designated agent at anugrahawebsite@gmail.com. Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
• Identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. the Instagram URL and description of the issue)
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that meets DMCA requirements. We will forward it to the complaining party and may restore access if no court action is filed within the statutory period.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or abuse the service, where we are able to identify such activity.
