When a profile photo download works
Public profiles expose an avatar image Instagram already shows to logged-out viewers. If you can open the profile in a private browser window and see the picture, Asave can usually preview and save it.
Private accounts, banned usernames, and removed profiles return an error. We do not bypass Instagram privacy settings.
Avatar vs post downloads
This tool is for the circular profile image only. To save Reels, photos, or carousels, use those dedicated tabs with a post share link instead of a profile URL.
